I like to see Vietnamese people putting balance into their lives.

One way of doing this is by doing exercise every morning and then going for a tea with their friends.

Sadly, I know in a lot of Western society’s some older people become very isolated from others.  Their doors are closed, TV is on and there is no quality interaction with others the same age; or an exercise program that is fun and enjoyable.

Going for a walk and catch up every morning keeps the people fresh as it is are really social time and puts balance into their day, which later can consist of being busy with little grand children.
